Had the Exterior Detail done: Always knowledgeable and their attention to detail is top notch! Their website makes is easy to schedule and their communication is great! They use the latest and the best products for their detailing while also explaining what their process is.

Very poor communication (ceramic tint means ceramic tint, not ceramic coating). Most expensive / lowest quality tint I’ve had in 25 years (well, near perfect side windows with a completely effed rear for $500+). Also really displeased that I asked for 3rd brake cutout but didn’t get it (see email screenshot). Like, just say you can’t do it I’ll go somewhere else so I don’t dim a safety singling device. I reached out to get it fixed with positive feedback, right around then my wife had a severe hand injury/ got somewhat disabled, and a few months later with her healed up this guy won’t reply. I see embedded fingerprint smudges and bubbles in my rear every single night, though, and with no 3rd brake cutout— despite requesting— that’s just lazy to me. 1 star. Edit on the reply— this is a mischaracterization and another glaring example of this guy’s lack of attention to detail. I added a screenshot of my initial email. This was not a “warranty claim”. I also DID reach out one last time for correction but did not hear back. I never received what I asked for initially (3rd brake light out), the rear window looks awful, and I don’t trust you guys to touch my car. I made an app

412 Detailing did a full service detail on our 2025 Land Cruiser today along with a ceramic spray. We can’t say enough great things about this wonderful company!! From start to finish it was a great experience dealing with them. The online appointment process is one of the easiest we have ever used. When we arrived for our appointment today everyone was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman that detailed our vehicle, apologies I don’t remember his name, greeted us and was very kind and answered a lot of my questions and gave some really good advice. I also got to meet the owner and he too is a great guy who runs an amazing business. Our Land Cruiser looked amazing inside and out. It was finished right when they said it would be done. We are amazed at the attention to detail that was given to it. We will be lifetime returning customers and will highly recommend them. Thank you all again!!

I had a great experience at 412 Auto Detail. They made a very good job on a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado that had very hard build up underneath and around the tires for years. They also have private working stations so you can work while you wait, which is very convenient. Brett and the guys are awesome, great service!

Highly recommend these guys- great quality, great customer service, reasonably priced. They were able to completely remove a scrape on my back plastic (I wish I had a before picture), got every crack clean on the interior, & my car is still shining after an entire day of Pittsburgh rain! Easy drop off/pickup, payment accessible online, & they followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good. All around awesome service will 100% be back for the spring.
